Eligibility

Overseas residents or Americans who have lived in Korea for less than 3 years and have not graduated from elementary, middle and high schools in Korea

1) Youth Category : 12 years of age or older to under 18 years of age

2) Adult Category : 18 years of age or older

How to apply

① Shoot a video after deciding on the topic of participation in the speech contest

 The video needs to be filmed horizontally

 Just your upper body (Full body X)

 Subtitles or Image Effects X

 Read and view Script X

 Film the video so that you can hear your voice well

 Submit with mp4 or avi extension

② Download and fill out the application form after accessing the website of the International Education Center

③ Submit the required documents to the Namseoul Institute for International

Education at nice2@nsu.ac.kr

 Application forms, Speaking videos, ID cards (Total 3 submissions)
